Mitchelton High School International Program - Quality Education
Mitchelton State High School offers a wide curriculum choice to suit all interests. University
courses can be accessed by high achievers if the timetable permits. The school has a strong academic focus and offers many opportunities to excel. Senior classes are small and teacher/student ratios are high.
International student OP results in 2008 indicate Mitchelton High's strengths. Six Year 12 international students received:

- OP2 x 1
- OP3 x 2
- OP5 x 1
These students are now studying in universities of their first choice.
Inclusive Education
Mitchelton State High School International Program offers a small diverse International population. In 2000, there is currently a total of 32 students. Our students are from China, Iran, Japan, Papua/New Guinea, Colombia, Brazil, and South Korea. Mitchelton High looks forward to welcoming students from all countries.
Staff Excellence
Mitchelton State High School International Program has four trained staff members devoted to the support and progress of the students.The International Student Coordinator and the International Homestay Coordinator conduct regular meetings with all students. read more
