Mitchelton SHS offers a variety of opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular sporting activities. As apart for the North West District and Metropolitan North region, students also have the opportunity to trial throughout the year in their respective sports. Please find the current opportunities available below.
Year 9 Gala Days
| The Gala Days are open to all Year 9 students.
Students select a sport that is offered.
Students go to one venue and play several games.
MSHS hosts 'Ultimate Disc' in Term 1.

| North West District / Metropolitan North Sport | Students are provided with the opportunity to trial in a variety of sports to represent the North West District and Metropolitan North Trials. Sports and dates will be advertised through school notices.
