In 2026, we are introducing a phased rollout of our Bring Your Own (BYO) Device program. This initiative empowers students to use personally owned laptops to support their learning across all subjects.
Who is included in 2027?
From 2027, the BYO program applies to all year levels.
Device Requirements
To ensure compatibility with our learning programs and network:
- Students must bring a laptop that meets the school’s minimum specifications.
- Only Windows 11 and macOS 14 or later are supported.
- Not supported: Tablets, smartphones, Chromebooks, Android devices, or any other device that does not meet the minimum specifications.
What the Program Provides
- Secure Wi-Fi and web filtering while onsite
- Access to curriculum software and printing
- Basic technical support for network connection and curriculum software
Important Note: Students migrating to the BYO program in 2027 must return their current school owned device at the end of 2026.
