Thirteen classrooms have multi-media facilities allowing lessons to incorporate exciting visual images that promote learning and meet the different learning styles of students.
Roll marking is processed through the wireless network laptops. Classes are marked, recorded, and reported through a messaging system.
Facilities at Mitchelton include multi-media laboratories, a modern library, industrial arts, science, performing arts, and specialist rooms.
Air-conditioning is provided to over 50 per cent of classrooms.
The newly refurbished hall is used for indoor sports and the large stage area for productions. An undercover forecourt area complements the hall.
